12 leaves Iceberg Lettuce6 Extra Large Eggs1 cup chopped Red Onions8 Extra Large Shrimps1/2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce3 dashes Black Pepper2 tbsp Canola Oil1 stalk Green OnionFew Cilantro1/2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce2-3 Thai Chillies (Optional)
Wash 12 leaves of Iceberg Lettuce and set aside to drain access water in a strainer.
Chopped red onions, cilantro and green onions. Shelled, wash and chopped up shrimps. Beat up eggs with lite soy sauce and black pepper.
Heat up wok with Canola Oil for a minute. Sauteed Red Onions for a couple of minutes. Add in chopped shrimps and stir fry for couple of minutes. Then, add in eggs stir fry it till cooked like scrambled eggs and you're done. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
Family members just wrap filling in each Iceberg Lettuce on the dinner table. Served with chopped Thai red or green chilli peppers and light soy sauce.
