Barbecue Chicken Lettuce Sandwich (low fat)

Ingredients
Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Hamburger Bun, 1 serving 1 packet Barbecue Sauce3 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin1 leaf Iceberg Lettuce
Directions
Boil the boneless skinless chicken breast until internal temp of 180. About 20-30 min. Drain and let chicken "rest" for about 5 min. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Place lettuce leaf on the bottom hamburger bun and shredded chicken on top of lettuce. Then spread bbq sauce on top of chicken, then place hamburger bun top.
