Pepper Summer Salad

Ingredients
Diced Sweet Peppers, Onion, Cucumber, Olives and Feta Cheese drizzled with Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar. Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop up all of the veggies and olives, add the feta and toss with the oil and vinegar. Add salt and peeper to taste. This is a flexible dish and ingrediant amounts can be varied.
