1 head cauliflower, cut into florets8 large garlic cloves, peeled and slightly smashed2 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepperolive oil spray
Spray a large baking dish with olive oil spray. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer and spray liberally with olive oil. Turn and spray again. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over cauliflower and stir slightly.
Roast in preheated oven at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Stir, and return to oven. Roast an additional 10-20 miinutes, till cauliflower is tender and beginning to turn brown.
