Quorn Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
40g Quorn Mince1/3 can Chopped Tomatoes3 Mushrooms (chopped)100g (cooked) SpaghettiPepper/Herbs15g Grated Cheese (optional)
Directions
Heat the Quorn mince in a frying pan before adding the chopped mushrooms.
At the same time start the spaghetti cooking in boiling water.
Next add the chopped tomatoes and the seasoning (pepper/herbs).
Place the bolognese on a low heat, stirring occasionally whilst the spaghetti cooks.
Once the spaghetti is cooked take both pans off the heat.
Drain the spaghetti and serve.
