Veggie, Veggie Stew

Ingredients
1 medium Onions3 Green Onions2 medium Carrots2 small Sweet potato1 medium Turnip1 Parsnip1 cup Asparagus, in pieces2 cups water2 tbsp unsalted butter1 tbsp Sage, ground1/2 tbsp ground Salt1 tbsp Black Pepper
Directions
Clean and prepare the veggies. Cut into cubes or slice.
Put all in a 3 qt crock pot.
Add spices. Place butter on top.
Add enough water to almost an inch from top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
