Quorn Sausage Risotto

Ingredients
1 Quorn Sausage1 serving Beef Gravy3 Mushrooms (chopped)(optional)100g (cooked) rice
Directions
First cooked the sausage under a grill until nice and brown. Chop it into piece then leave to the side for later.
Make one serving (300ml) of gravy stock. If having rice - pour the stock into the rice and boil until the rice is cooked and the stock is mostly absorbed.
Then add the chopped sausage into the stock (or rice) along with the chopped mushrooms. Place on a low heat for the mushrooms to cook.
When the mushrooms are cooked turn the heat off and serve.
