1 stick of margarine1/2 cup of packed brown sugar2 tbsp granulated sugar1 large egg1 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking sodapinch of salt1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp of all purpose flour1 1/2 cups of quick cooking oats1/2 cup of dried cranberries
Cream together margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and blend well, blend in cinnamon, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Stir in flour, oats and cranberries. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
