Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/4 cup Egg Substitute1 cup Applesauce1/3 cup Splenda1 tsp Baking powder2 cups gluten free Oatmeal1 cup skim milkHersheys sugar free chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips thouroughly. Line muffin pan with cup cake liners. Spoon into muffin pan. Top with sugar free chocolate chips (or nut if desired). Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
