Black bean soup

Ingredients
576g chopped onion25g garlic chopped574g dried black beans
Directions
Saute chopped onions and garlic until soft and light brown.

Add washed beans with 10 C. water

Bring to boil, skim and simmer until beans are tender.

Add salt to taste and simmer til thickened

Serve over rice with chopped cilantro and salsa
