Elissa's Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Wild Rice2 chicken Breasts roasted and diced2 cups red and green bell peppers3/4 cup celery, diced1/2 cup dried cherries1/4 cup parsley chopped1/2 cup pecans, toasted1/3 cup vinaigrette
Directions
Cook wild rice. Cool. Roast chicken breasts. Cool and dice meat (1/2" dice). Mix in other ingredients. Chill, or serve at room temperature.
