1 cup of rice must be cooked already3-4 tbs salsa it can be hot or mild some chicken stock optional 1 can beans red kidney or so rinsed
Directions
in a pan mix together coked rice, beans and salsa
heat it trough if it gets too dry you can add some chicken stock
serve it with wherever you want
makes 4 side servings
and only 100.5 calories
try changing white rice for brown
