Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup diced celery1/3 cup diced green pepper1/3 cup diced carrot1/3 cup diced dill pickle1 whole boiled egg1 egg white from boiled egg1 can tuna in water, drained3 tsp spicy brown mustard2 tbsp mayodillpepper
Directions
Mix celery, green pepper, carrot, dill pickle together in a bowl. Separate yolk from whites. Dice egg whites and mix with veggies. Add drained tuna and mix well. In a separate bowl, crush one egg yolk with dill, pepper, mustard and mayo to create a paste. Pour over tuna/veggie mixture and mix well. Ready to serve.
