Chicken breast paella

- Olive Oil, 5 tbsp- Chicken Breast, no bone/skin, 2 pieces- Garlic, smashed, 3 clove- Onions, chopped, 1 cup- Peppers, sweet, red, raw, chopped, 1 cup- White Rice, 1 cup- Green Beans (snap), 1 cup- Peas, 1 cup- Salt, 0.5 tsp- Turmeric, 0.5 tsp- Water, 2 cup
- Fry the onions and peppers with the olive oil in a pan.
- When the onions are slightly transparent, add to the pan the green beans, the peas, the garlic, and the chicken breast.
- When all the ingredients inside the pan are fried.
- Add the water, salt, and turmeric and remove.
- Wait until the water start boiling and spread the rise.
- Cover the pan and cook the rise at low heat for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let repose the rise for 10 minutes.
