Beef and Vegetable Goulosh

Ingredients
4 oz. chopped beef stew meat1/4 c. shredded cabbage2 medium carrots, grated2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper1/4 c. chopped onion3 c. elbow macaroni1 tsp. Mrs. Dash2 c. Tap water1 c. shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Directions
Spray skillet with non stick cooking spray. Brown stew meat. Add vegetables, Mrs. Dash, and water. Cook on Medium heat until vegetables are still a little crispy. Add Macaroni and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until Macaroni is tender. After you place it in your bowl or plate, top with grated cheese.
