Ingredients
Haddock (1 Fileet)Fresh SpinichBeetroot sliced in vinagerTomatoesLow Fat cream Cheese
Directions
fry spinnich in pan with some oil for about 2 mins.
then take off the heat and mix with cream cheese about 2 tsp
place cheesy spinnich into a baking dish,with the fish on top.
cut tomatos as you wish and add to the baking dish
cook for about 15 mins on 180-200 oc.

Serve with a side of baby beetroot
