Ingredients
1 small, ripe banana2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder2 eggs2 egg whites4 tbsp coconut flour1/2 cup coconut beverage, or almond milk1/2 tsp vanilla extractstevia, to tastedash saltslightly less than 1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp butter, to grease pan between pancakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, cook over medium high heat griddle, flip when bubbles
