Chicken Zucchini and Corn Chili

Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) Diced Tomatoes, 1 can (I used tomatoes with chilis)Chili Beans canned, 1 canChicken Breast, no skin, 11 ounces Zucchini, 1 cup, dicedOnions, raw, .8 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clove Chili seasoning, salt, pepper, as desired
Chop chicken and cook in pan
Once chicken is cooked, dice onion, garlic, and zucchini and add to pan with chicken - cook for approx. more 5 mins
Add chicken and vegetable mixture, corn, tomatoes, and chili beans to large pot (I did not drain them)
Add seasonings as desired
Simmer over medium heat for 30 mins, covered, stirring occasionally
Optional: Dice avocado and cilantro to top chili
