Ingredients
Bib Lettuce, 3 leaf, mediumOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ouncesCheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms, 0.25 cup Newman's Own Lighten Up Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop quarter cup onion, quarter cup red bell pepper and cut 4 oz chicken breast into bite size pieces or slices.

On each Boston Leaf lettuce, place 1/3 of the chicken, onion, red bell pepper, and mozarella cheese. Then drizzle one tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette over each one.

Wrap and enjoy!
