Ingredients
6 Medium Eggs1/2 cup chopped cilantro2 cloves Garlic, chopped1 cup Onion, chopped1/2 cup Red Pepper, chopped1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped24 oz Chunk Light Tuna, drained
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. Scoop 1/2 cup patties into frying pan and cook until solidified and warmed through.
