Lowest Cal Breakfast Casserole Ever!

Ingredients
2.5 c (1 1/2 cartons) Egg Beaters1 box (6 patties) Morningstar Sausage Patties6 slices Kraft Free American Cheese SlicesSalt, pepper, and paprika to taste Nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


Spray a square glass casserole dish with cooking spray. Add the Egg Beaters to the dish and crumble in the cheese slices.


Cook the vegetarian sausage in the microwave for 1 minute, until thawed and partially cooked, and crumble into egg mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika (do not over-salt -- remember, the sausage is salty already!).


Mix well with a fork and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until the center sets.


Cut finished casserole into 8 equal portions and serve or freeze. Serves 8.
