Coconut rice

Ingredients
- Coconut oil 1tbsp- Coconut milk 3.5 cups- White rice 2 cups- Coconut raw, shredded 0.5 cups
Directions
- Place the coconut oil in the sausepan whit the heat high when it gets hot place the coconut raw till it gets golden brown, then place the rice remove a little bit.
- Put the coconut milk until the most of it evaporates then turn down low heat cover the saucepan for 35 minutes or until the rice is done. And then enjoy :)
