Vegan Nutty Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 ½ cups flour shopping list1/3 cups nuts1 tbsp. dry sweetener1 tsp. cinnamon½ tsp. salt½ cup margarine2 tbsp. vegetable shortening2 tbsp. cold water
Directions
In a blender or food processor, blend the flour, nuts, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the margarine and shortening, and blend until well combined.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl, and add water. Mix together until dough forms.
Knead for a minute or two.
Wrap the dough in wax paper and chill for 30 minutes. Roll the dough into a pie crust. Makes 1 pie crust.
