White Chicken Chili - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
All it takes is chicken breast, great northern beans, hominy, chopped green chiles, cream of chicken soup and taco seasoning!
Directions
Place whole de-boned chicken breast in bottom of slow cooker. Pour beans, hominy, chopped gren chiles, cream of chicken soup over it. Stir in the taco seasoning. Cook for 8-10 hours on low.
Enjoy with a small scoop of sour cream and chees.
