PIE FILLING3 c. blueberries, washed and drained, then divided1 c. suger1 c. water3 Tbsp. cornstarch CRUST1.5 c. flour1.5 tsp. sugar1 tsp. salt.5 c. oil2 Tbsp. cold ff milk
preheat oven to 350.wash and drain blueberries. ( seperate the berries befor I cook the filling) set aside. pull out a pie pan or dish. (dish works best) put flour suger salt oil and cold milk in. Then squwish with a fork until combind completly. spreed out with your hands. put in the oven for 15-20 min. or until the crust is not doughy in the snter. let cool. whil it is cooling put 2cups of the berries in a 2 qt. sace pan. when clouse to room tep. put the suger and water in the pan. start the burner and add cornstarch. stir until thick. put remaning cup of blueberries in the curst. when thick poor the cooked filling in the curst with the berries. place in frige for 1-2 hr. top with cool wip of cover for latter.
