•Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cups, chopped•Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped & diced•Radishes, .75 cup chopped & diced•Green Bell Peppers, .75 cup, chopped & diced•Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped & diced•Red Ripe Tomatoe, 1 medium whole chopped & diced
Directions
Chop all veggies into diced chunks. Layer over lettuce and top with cheese. Add dressing of choice.
