Light Broccoli Casserole

3 Cups chopped broccoli1 Cup less sodium chicken broth8 oz. Reduced fat velveeta cheese3 servings (15 crackers) Ritz reduced fat crackers
Heat oven to 350.
In a 9x9 casserole dish, add the chopped broccoli and chicken broth.
Cook for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
When broccoli is soft, add 8 oz. of velveeta and top with crushed crackers.
Cook an additional 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
