stuffed peppers-spicy bean & rice

Ingredients
6 med green peppers1C cooked brown rice1 packet chili seasoning1 15 oz can chili beans (we like spicy)1 C RF shredded cheddar cheese1 can seasoned stewed tomatoes1 jalapeno pepper
Directions
Remove tops of peppers & clean out seeds.
In med bowl stir together cooked rice, seasoning,undrained beans, & cheese, spoon into peppers & replace tops.

Pour stewed tomatoes into bottom of lg. slow cooker. Place peppers on top of tomatoes
