40 Plum tomatoes4 cups H201 med onion1 sm green bell pepper4 clover garlicbasilrosemaryItalian seasoningSugar to taste
Bring 4 cups water and tomatoes to boil. Cook until soft and falling apart. Sauteed onions,garlic and pepper cook until translucent.Add them mixture to tomatoes. Cook 30-45 min. Add the rest of the ingredients and put on low until the consistency you desire.
