32 oz Chicken Breast, no skin2 20oz cans Libery Gold Pineapple Chunks (No sugar added)3 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1 TBS Mango Salsa (optional)
Combine 1 can pineapples, soy sauce and brown sugar at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken on top. Top chicken with 2nd can of pineapples. Cover. Cook on high for 8 hours.
