Basalmic Potato Salad

Ingredients
3/4 pounds red potatoes1/3 cup red onion, chopped1/2 cup english cucumber, chopped1/2 cup red pepper, chopped1/2 cup celery, chopped1 tblsp basalmic vingar1 1/2 tsp brown sugar, not packed1 1/2 tblsp olive oilsalt & pepper to taste1 1/5 tblsp parsely, chopped
Directions
Boil potatoes, with skins on, until tender. Whisk together basalmic, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Chop veggies and parsely, put aside. When potatoes are done, drain and cut into bite size pieces. Put potatoes in bowl and gently mix with dressing. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat. Chill for at least 2 hours.
