Ingredients
Lentils, 2 cup Water, tap, 10 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 pepperOnions, raw, 1 medium Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced Salt, 2 tspHP Sauce 2 tbspTomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added, 2 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Spinach, fresh, 4 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 4 cup
Directions
Bring all items to boil and simmer one hour
