1 lb. ground Turkey1/2 C. bread crumbs1 egg white1 Tbsp. diced white onion1 Tbsp. soy sauce2 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. chinese five spice powder1/8 tsp black pepper5 slices american cheese5 hamburger buns1 C spinach leaves5 pineapple slices
Whisk bread crumbs, egg white, onion, soy sauce, ginger, five spice powder, pepper in large bowl. Mix in turkey until combined. Make five patties. Spray grill before putting burgers on. Grill Pineapple slices and burgers. Place burger on bottom bun add cheese, pineapple slice and spinach leaves cover with top half of bun.
