Orange Bliss Cake

Ingredients
2 orange, whole2 cups almond meal4 eggs3/4 cup honey1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp vanilla
Directions
Wash the oranges and boil them whole (peel and all) for 45 minutes to an hour, or until soft
Place whole oranges (peel and all) in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Process in eggs, honey, almond meal, vanilla, salt and baking soda until well blended
Pour batter into a lightly greased 9-Inch round cake pan
Bake at 375° for 45-50 minutes, until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean
Cool in the pan for 2 hours
