Low fat, low sugar tofu cheesecake

1 pkg Nasoya silken tofu2 pkg fat free cream cheese (16 oz total)1/2 cup fat free sour cream1/2 cup Stevia 0 cal sweetner2 eggs2 tbls lemon juice1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 serving of graham cracker crumbs garnish ( equal to about 1 whole graham cracker)
Preheat oven to 350
add all ingredients (except crumbs) one at a time in your blender and blend each new ingredient. Pour in to 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle crumbs on top and back for 50-60 mins. Cake will be lightly brown on top and may be slightly browned around edges. Will be jiggly in center.
Turn off heat and leave cake in oven for 60 mins.
cool to room temp and then refrigerate before serving.
Serving Size: divide into 12 parts
