Chicken Apple Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cubed chicken breast1 cup diced Granny Smith apple1/4 c. dried cherries1/3 c. fat free mayo1 Tbsp fat free sour cream1 tsp lemon juicedash pepperdash cinnamonCan also add:1/2 cup diced celery 1/4 cup raisins in place of cherries2 Tbsp chopped green onions
Directions
Combine chicken, apple, and cherries in large bowl (and celery, and/or raisins, and onions, if desired). In separate bowl, combine mayo and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk until well combined.
Add mayo mixture to chicken misture, tossing to coat.
That's it!
Refrigerate and keep in a sealed container.
