Pork Rind Pizza Crust For One

Ingredients
Directions
28 grams of pork rinds.1 egg3 tbs of parmesan ( save one for the top)
grind the pork rinds in the food processor.
Make sure it gets ground fine but not too fine.
mix in the egg and 2 tbs of parmesan.
Pulse until your "dough" forms.
You can add any spices you enjoy such as onion powder, garlic powder etc. at this time.
Take you dough and place it on parchment paper or a metal handled non-stick skillet then with wet hands, flatten and shape the dough into a "pie".
Once the dough is flattned add the last tbs of Parmesan over the top.
bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
remove and add your toppings.
place back into the oven but set the oven to broil and just brown the toppings.
Let it cool for a few minutes as it does get very hot.
