Blue Berry Muffins

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup plain flour1 tsp baking soda1 large egg3/4 cup sugar1 cup fresh blueberries1 6 oz yoplait light blueberry yogurt1 stick light land of lakes butter
Directions
sift flour and salt and soda together set aside
cream sugar and butter together
add egg and flax seeds
mix flour mixture together
add yogurt and fold in blueberries
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
