Chef Bao's Egg Flower Soup

Ingredients
1 Egg (Large)1 cup water2 tbsp salt2 tbsp Furikake (egg. shrimp, or salmon etc)
Directions
Heat 1 cup of water in pot, crack 1 egg when water starts to boil/simmer. Stir in one direction occasionally until cooked, do not over-stir. Add 2 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of Furikake and serve separately with rice.
