Sandwich Slaw

Ingredients
1 pkg. shredded cole slaw mix (16 oz.)1/2 c. light mayo1/2 c. green onion, chopped2 tbsp. dill pickle juice, from jar2 tbsp. cider vinegar2 tbsp. granulated sugar1/2 tsp. coarse saltdash fresh ground black pepper
Directions
1.) In a medium bowl, whisk together light mayo, dill pickle juice, and cider vinegar.
2.) Add cole slaw mix and green onion to the combined indgredients and toss.
3.) Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 6 regular sandwiches or 12 sliders.
