Ingredients
I can (14.75) yellow sweet corn1 can (14.75 ounces) creamed cornJiffy corn bread mix8 oz. sour cream1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup Egg Beaters (egg substitute)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine and mix together all ingredients. Spray a casserole dish lightly with cooking spray. Pour corn mixture into dish and bake for 1 hour.
