tortilla chips refried beans any veggies (onion, jalapenos, onion, black olives, mushrooms) salsa or taco sauce Cheese or dairy free cheese alternatives (optional) sour cream or guacamole)
Layer tortilla chips, drop bits of refried beans onto chips, sprinkle on any vegetables, salsa and cheese. Microwave for up to 2 minutes (if you have a high wattage microwave watch so cheese doesn't brown) long enough for cheese to melt. When done top with sour cream and/or guacamole.
