2 Slices of Pumpernickel Bread(reduce your calories by using a wrap instead!)1 serving of fat free turkey slices1 slice of swiss cheese1 tbsp of reduced calorie thousand island dressing1/4 drained sauerkraut (that's more than you really need, but I love it)
Spread both sides of the bread with 1 tbsp of Thousand Island dressing, on one slice of bread layer the turkey, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Top with the other slice of bread. Wrap it in tinfoil and throw it in the oven just long enough to warm through. 325 for ten minutes works well for me. You can always use the microwave, but the oven does a better job.
