Turkey Burgers with Feta

Ingredients
1 lb Shelton's Ground Turkey1 C. Feta Cheese crumbled1 eggSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a bowl, mix together turkey, salt, pepper & egg. When well blended, add in the cheese and mix well.

Separate patties into 3 even sections, and press out onto a hot skillet, or frying pan. You may have to spray your pan with an oil to keep it from sticking too much. The Feta makes the the patties a little crumbly so this might be hard to do on a grill.

Cook until done, turning the patties carefully when the side that is cooking, has browned. I cover mine with a lid to to keep the heat in, and this helps them to cook through.

Serve on a bun or over lettuce, as a wrap.
