Hemp Protien Bars

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats1 cup thick cup oats1 cup hemp powder/hemp protein powder.5 cup hemp seed hearts shelled.33 cup Cashews.33 cup Pumpkin seeds/Pepitas.25 cup cranberries-optional1 tsp cinnamon.25 cup cocoa powder.5 cups Peanut butter.5 cups Honey/ Agave nectar.25 cups apple sauce.25 cups semi sweet chocolate1 tsp vanilla.25 tsp almond extract-optional
Directions
Mix all dry in a large bowl. Add all wet in a microwave safe bowl add chocolate and microwave for 30 seconds, stir until smooth. Combine melted mix with dry and mix. Add to a oiled pan 9x13 approx and chill for 30 min. Cut in 8 pieces.
