Crockpot Beef with red wine

Ingredients
1/4 cup Flour, white1 lb diced Chicken Breast, no skin**OR** 1 lb diced beef.5 tsp Salt.5 tsp Pepper, black1.5 cup College InnĀ® Light & Fat Free Chicken Broth 50% Less Sodium1 cup Red Wine1 14.5 oz can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano.5 tsp Thyme, ground.5 tsp Parsley, dried3 sprigs Parsley1 Red Potato diced 1 cup Onions, raw, sliced1 cup Celery, raw, strips1 cup Carrots, raw, chopped2 cloves garlic
Directions
1. mix flour, s&p, use to dredge beef and put in bottom of crockpot

2. top with vegetables, seasoning, canned tomatoes, broth & wine.

3. cover and crock on low for 8-12 hours.
