Spicey Ground Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients
Directions
4 lb ground chicken 8 garlic cloves, grated1 cup onion, grated 3/4 cup parsley 1/2 cup red peppers, grated 4 tablespoon ground coriander 4 teaspoon ground cumin 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Grate garlic, onion and pepper. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon till evenly mixed. Make meatballs then cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to Broil at 400 and place meatballs on parchment paper, turning every 2 minutes until completely cooked. 6-10 minutes.
OR
Put on Skewers with some veggies and barbeque for about 2 mins. a side, until done.
Can also be made into burgers.
Serving Size: 16 (About 6-7 meatballs a serving)
