Honey Mustard Pineapple Chicken

Marinade ingredients4 Tablespoons Newman's own light honey mustard salad dressing1 Tablespoon orange low sugar orange marmalade1 Tablespoon pineapple juice1 Tablespoon soy sauce1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon chipotle chilli powder20 oz chicken, no skin1 Tablespoon olive oil2 cups Dole pineapple chunks
Combine all ingredients for marinade.
Cut chicken into chunks and saute on stove top in olive oil until no longer pink (aprox 10 min). Pour marinade over the chicken and stir to coar. Cook until sauce is thickened.
Carmelize pineapples in broiler and add to stove top mixture.
Serve over rice or vegetable of your choice.
