MMH Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

2 cans cream of celery condensed soup(fat free)2 cans condensed cream of potato soup2 cans New England Clam Chowder3 (6.5 oz.) cans minced clams2 cups fat free half and half1 bag frozen potatoes and onions
Directions
Mix together in slow cooker. Set on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
