slow-cooker cream of mushroom chicken

small slow cooker. This recipe works well with a 2-qt slow cooker.2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinlessup to 1 can cream of mushroom soup, reduced sodium1 can great northern beans3 -4 tbsp. tomato sauce (to taste)3-4 tbsp. taco seasoning (to taste. the dish is not really spicy)4 tbsp. dried basil3 tbsp. oregano3 tbsp. rosemary3 tbsp. herbs de provence
- mix mushroom soup, beans, & herbs in the crock pot
- add taco seasoning and tomato sauce to taste
- add chicken and stir
- set crock pot on high and cook for 4 hours
- shred the (now cooked) chicken with a fork and add cilantro. mix
- cook for another 10 to 30 minutes
Serve with rice, or bread
